HOUSE SYSTEM
Developing a strong sense of community for students and staff.
Murl Windsor Academy has adopted the Divergent series faction system and refashioned the idea to develop a school culture that is a tangible, engaging, and flexible way to build a positive school climate for students and staff. This house system has aided in MWA's student leadership development and has facilitated student inclusion and involvement in the decision-making of school activities, norms and expectaions. This program has assisted in building character, relationships, and school spirit at MWA.
MYSCHOOLWORX.COM is used to track student behavior, class participation and schoolwork.

Parents and students can login in online at any time to refer to classroom events. Parents and students can stay informed from anywhere to monitor their records in accordance with the behavior policy.
Participation from parent and student will develop an informed, positive and consistent approach to student growth and development.
THE Murl Windsor Academy House System features five Houses from the Divergent series. These houses make up our learning, engagement and leadership communities for students. Each House is unique in color, symbol, character focus, honor code, and more. Over time, each House has the opportunity to share its culture with the students and staff.
